These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Northstar Investment Partners (“Northstar,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from Northstar, you agree to these terms.

Northstar does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Northstar Investment Partners on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Northstar Investment Partners at any time.”

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per month related to your appointments, inquiries, or account status.

Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per month regarding your appointments or account status.”

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Northstar in the following way:

● Verbally, during a phone conversation with a Northstar representative, confirmed by replying YES to a follow-up text message inviting you to opt in

Northstar does not collect phone numbers or SMS consent through its website.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at 770.559.6220 to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP,” or contact us directly at 770.559.6220.

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply do not opt in when asked, or reply STOP at any time to stop future messages.
